Check out this great link for Superbike School in the UK. This is the level one of four. While not as good as going to the school, after the intro, there is some great information.

Ride, eat, sleep, repeat!

might have to suck those down
They are worth watching as well. I have always been a fan of Keith Code's methods/books. A friend was an instructor at his school for a few years. Never had a chance to make it to his schools in California. He used to have a wheelie school, but I heard he stopped it a year or so ago.
Ride, eat, sleep, repeat!
Did one of his schools a few years back in the UK. Always been a believer in his ideas about riding and they certainly work.
Everyone has an opinion.. mine can be found here Riding Articles
I never did his class but after reading his books for years and riding with the friend I mentioned, when I finally "got it" it has made a big difference in the way I ride.
Hell, even the little (or big) stuff like sight fixation and keeping your elbows in was like a light bulb going off in my head.![]()

I'm dead keen to do the Aussie one at Phillip or Eastern Creek. Pricey when you add airfares and bike hire but combine it with visiting friends in aussie and it's not so bad.
Same here. I been thinking about going to the December school at PI.
i see esp 5-6 are now up
ocean1 yes had to install veoh to download them. i sure i coul dhave found another way to download them but meh this way was just as good
Its diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; its life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.
I got them from racing underground. Haven't watched them yet. I can burn them to disk if anyone is interested.
