Well well well. How the worm has turned. Today is shit, cold and wet and windy. Surely a lovely day only for riding a Harley. I may have sold my bike but my 52" T V has just rolled in the door.

Now I'm a biker cum couch potato.

Did I mention there was like NO wind out there...

Oh yeah and update your stats then...you're both still showing that you DO have bikes - much easier to dismiss keyboard jockies when you can tell they don't have a bike

    Yup...GREAT day for a ride.

So CB and I fuelled up the H-Ds and headed down the Catlins Coastal Route to the Whistling Frog for a coffee, met Delphinius and doris there and saw three other bikes on the road.

What a ride, only caught up with two cars on the way down and NONE on the way back - not bad for a 150km ride!

Did I say it was a great day for a ride??

I found a new wee loop from home today. Up to Hedghope and over to Mataura via the back roads then south along the Mataura river to Wyndham. On to Fortrose and turn left back to Invergiggle.

Only one flock of sheep and one duck to avoid so pretty quiet all in all.

It was a good day to ride. Thank goodness I actually have something to ride!

WTF? This is Kiwi Biker forum not Kiwi Walker forum - you better get yourself a new bike! There is going to be plenty of good weather over the next few months for us bikers to enjoy!

Spring is sprung, the grass is ris, I wonder where the boidies is...

Mint day indeed. Would have gone well with one of the small gang of lambs that tried to ambush me out east. Didn't miss by much.

Didn't miss a wanker in a black dodge over-shooting a corner up the hill by a lot either.

Still an'all, a day well taken.

Sounds like we make a pair. Diseased up to the eyeballs and coughing like the resident consumptive.
A stunningly beautiful day and one that could not be ridded even if someone said "if you ride down to the shops I'll give you a million dollars" the bike would still have sat in te gagre!
