    Riding without lights

So I had a low beam failure, so at work this moning I pulled the nose cone off the busa to change the bulb.

At about 10, just as i had finished stripping it down, had a call, and found myself on a plane to Christchurch 20 mins later What a beautiful day - wish I had my camera.

Anyway, got back at 6.30ish, pixies hadn't put the bike back together, and a Stella was calling.....had the Stella, then thought 'fuck it's too late now to put the bike back together, and it's not TOO dark'.......so I just rode it home

Fuck it gets dark quickly! And people pull out in front of you all the time when they can't see you! Apologies to the 900SS rider (%$TIM on the plate) for looking like an unlit bogan.

The busa meantime just looks like a scruffy street fighter. With no lights......

bah, just put your lights on full and go for it. Your neck is worth more than that. The knockers will moan like fuck but the sun will still rise tomorrow.

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
