The EU parliament's legal affairs committee, which met on
September 9th, has ruled that a regulation forcing car makers
to cut average CO2 emissions is illegal.

So whats going to happen here,will they get rid of extra taxes by saying its illegal or just steamroller through as normal.

Ah the EU parlament full of the politicians politician, and the beauracrats beauracrat, they should be all quietly rounded up put in a large windowless building that is sealed off and slowly withdraw the oxygen.
