Yea he could of said something and really got at them about it to stop. Hell at our work we are in teams so everyone in each team is good mates and usually gets along really well. So i've watched a team mate who was leaning over a towbar get the old dry hump from behind, and hell it was funny he thought so himself so was making the noises with the guy doing it. Mind you we work from 7pm till 6am and it usually happens about 4am in the morning when ya need a good laugh.
But if someone doesnt want that to happen they just have to say in our workplace.
I recall hearing of a similar occurrance in a garage where it was quite common.
Workshop foreman (who wore a shopcoat) was doing summat inside a car with his arse sticking out. Mechanic ceremoniously folded his coat tails aside then dry humped him. Couldn't understand why he fought back so hard, until he looked up and saw the car's horrified owner and her 16 y/o daughter standing on the other side!
