i got pinged on laser at 140k on long swamp today - about 400m before the overbridge the detector goes off - first car in the que, on the brakes hard, red xr on the overbridge heading north. got a finger wagging at me as i went underneath, with a skyline nearly up my backside i braked so hard when the detector went off (i was in the cage). laughed all the way to dorkland i did. the missus didn't.

made up for it by taking 2 hours to get from takapuna on ramp to papakura off ramp later in the day.....grrrr

MAYBE IT WAS THE SAME CAR AND DIFFERENT DRIVER,BUT THE COP I SPOKE TO (THATS RIGHT COP NOT PIG THIS ONE HAS MY RESPECT) RIDES A BIKE SIMILAR TO MINE AND TOLD ME WHERE TO SPEED , AND I DOUBT GETTING YOUR KNEE DOWN WOULD BE A PROBLEM FOR HIM. WHY DIDNT YOU DO A RUNNER ?

Never saw him, cop pointed me over at a crash scene (i thought it was for lanesplitting) then all of a sudden im accused of doing a runner.... AT THE FUCKING SPEED LIMIT.... But yeah, probably different guy....
