    The Evil Lil' Ol' Hornet

I've relocated from ChCh to Dunaz due to work arrangement so I moved into a new flat. Flatmate used to ride a TZR 250 but sold it years ago and haven't ridden since. My lil' ol'hornet arrived from ChCh two days ago and I offered for him to take her out for a pootle...

There's no turning back for him now! It's too late! The lil' ol'hornet has got his soul! Bwahahahaa... he just got back from a ride before mumbling something about having to go to the supermarket and promptly rode off. I think it's just an excuse to ride more. And more. And more...

Beware, potential lil' ol'hornet riders! The bike is evil! You've been warned...

She's a real pussy bike. That sweet innocent purr at <6000 rpm becomes quite a roar at >10000 rpm. And yeah, just look at that big rear! Sexy, isn't she...

Am I mistaken here or are we talking about a 180 section rear on a 250 hornet?

Well the lil'ol'hornet gets on just fine with all its nicknames, it is a term of endearment and affection all hornet riders have for their rides. It's definitely a hornet rider's thing and in my experience, I've noticed that their owners have an enduring affection for them ...

My lil'ol'hornet and Big Ol'Hornet have given me countless hours and kilometres of enjoyment with them. Go the Hornet!

    And yes, they are addictive

Mind you NOMIS, you could always call yours the Blinged Out Hornet if that makes you feel better!

thats better... lol. enduring? mate tell me about it.. affection? the reason i have spent so much time and money on it for some prick to go trash it. also the reason I didnt take the $6200 I got offered for it ( that and hadly even covers what it owes me lol ) not that I expect to get what it does owe.

i now anounce my bikes name as pain in the ass, kinda like the hornet stung me pocket and heart :-( yet im still here with it Like a old millionare who sticks with the cheating house wife just because shes hot.

... which is why the Honda CB250F is an evil bike. I've been wanting to sell my Honda CB250F for a while now but could never firmly say "yes" to any offers!

My Honda CB250F took a wee tumble two months ago. Sent her off to the shop to get her cleaned up and looking pretty again. I got the habit of resetting the trip meter after each refuel so as to avoid the out-of-gas incident again, and long story short, when I got the Honda CB250F back 2 months later, the trip meter jumped by 600km. No work is required on the engine. I wonder if someone at the bike shop had been having fun with my Honda CB250F!

Naming your ride "pain in the ass" is quite... unusual... And just for you NOMIS, this post does not contain "lil' ol'hornet"
