    Brake Snakes?

    Who has Brake Snakes for sale and will do a credit card payment and send me a couple?

    They keep small roots and branches from jamming in between the brake, or shifter and frame/engine. Without brake snakes the branches can cause the brake to be applied or bending the pedal/shifter. The "snake" just pushes them down out of the way.

    Yeah I had one on the RM but the cable was going to rub on my nice new carbon fibre clutch cover so I had to cut it and replace with another with a piece of tubing to prevent the rubbing. Well I will replace it, for now a couple of strong zip ties will have to do. They sure stop a heap of trail trash getting caught between the brake pedal and the bike when bush bashing.
