Betty only had a short run to work today, and then ot for a coffee with friends. Lucky people that don't have to work on public holidays.
Speed limits are just a suggestion, like pants.

nice to see you out riding again!!!!!
A man can move much faster without a millstone around his neck, so if he gets the chance to lose her he'd better drop her and run like heck !! .. (10cc "Modern Man Blues" - Deceptive Bends)

Ah,the Onewhero rd - whenever I go up it to get to some good gravel roads I feel sorry for the sports bike riders who don't explore these side roads because they turn to gravel, there are sooooo many roads out there they haven't even seen.

    Bella eh? - I had a couple of Bella's once...lard arse German wenches,one black,one white.

Cheers for inspiring me to get out and ride my bike. The road wasnt anything really special, but today I was fair floating. Power rolled on seamlessly, sun shone, and I had a great time. So thanks RR, I owe you one

Why not a table or two to balance things out?

and as long as they are gravel, it can stay that way. Gravel roads are for old Mk1 Cortinas....

Ooops, forgot to mention that if anyone is riding through Te Kauwhata, there is a nasty gravel patch about 5m long and about an inch thick just by the railway line. Bella did a bit of a slidey through it, but I managed to keep her upright.

    Trainer wheels working then?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
