    Great service from Dold

    Hi guys,
Just wanted to say thanks to Mark at Dold Industries (Ventura wholesaler in NZ) for his great service. I emailed him on Saturday to find out about getting some more sticky velcro to remount my headlight protector. Straight away he emailed me back asking for my address so he could send some through. And today a couple of sets arrived and are now holding my protector firmly in place once more. Awesome service and they've won a customer for life from me.

    Cheers, Rob.

I rang them a couple of days ago asking if they could bend me a set of handle bars - NO,no one offs, they only make the bars in their catalog. Not a big deal,it was just an inquiry from me....I'd rather give my money to a local company than send it overseas.

I work for Paul Dold occasionally. It's always a pleasure. To me he's a king of the Kiwi 'No8 wire' spirit and getting stuff done with innovation and design.

17" riser apehangers for a BSA Bantam not in the book I suppose?

It would be set up costs and existing orders - I reckon.

A nasty manual tube bender will cost me a bit more than importing a couple of sets of bars....I'm keen to do it myself anytime.I just thought I might get a bit more than the official ''I can't think for myself'' response....I mean,we are Kiwi's aren't we?
