Wikipedia of sport bikes?

Does anyone know of a site that lists lotsa bikes and gives a brief review, right back to late-eighties bikes? Kind of a "what bike" site.

I came across something like this once, cannot find it again.

Essentially I want to compare 600cc sport bikes from about 1990 (CBR vs ZZR, that kind of thing), without starting another "what bike" thread
