    Council won't remove toxic waste

There's this disgusting thing on my street that some cretin has obviously dumped there overnight. Probably on Friday I think. It's across the road from my house on the grass verge. I don't know what the hell it is but it's absolutely vile and repugnant. I called the Council to ask them to dispose of it and apparently they sent someone out to investigate. It's still there this morning and when I called the Council back for an update they advised me they won't be removing it as it doesn't pose any health risk.

What? On Saturday morning I left the house and as I got closer to it I began feeling nauseous. It became overwhelming to a point that I was violently ill all over my neighbours garden.

Why won't the Council help me? My neighbours have complained too.

Mate that happens to a lot of people that drink too much and not just because they saw a John Key billboard.

Go find were the bastard lives. Get a sign from the opposition and concrete it in his front lawn.

Or to be legal, you could stencil a sign on his front lawn with fertilser.

    Yeah but which is which?

I think the first one is Helen Clark!

    No, sorry, I give up!

Boris Karloff was never as scary as that second one! Bewildered, John.
