god im f***n sick of this shit weather, just looked at the metservice website and the weather is supposed to clear just in time to go back to work. when the f**k is summer ment to get here??? im sick of making plans and having the weather change at the last minute. i hope we have a drought this summer no rain at all. sure the farmers will complain, but theyre always complaining bout something.
Yeah, there is one that we have been chopping thru in our off days but not yet finished. Still ridable but not arrowed and finishes in the middle of nowhere. If you ride this ensure that you get out going the right way. Turn left!!
Back from the old carpark. No1. Or try riding the old tracks in the Dead forest as they are mint.
Also the legend John Nic is back from swooning around on canel boats in the UK for the pass 6 months and has been carving a few, but yet to be arrowed and pruned.
Ha ha yeah John was trying to recruit me today but I was in training!
I almost started on another track this week but then wondered why there were no tracks through this block and thought that perhaps you know that they are going to thin this block sometime soon so I held off. I will check with you next time I see you. Don't want to go to the effort only to have them fell trees all over my hard work. So currently I just free ride this block but a mean loop could be put in here to extend the network of trails I ride.
OK just looked at your map and I'm talking about block 6.
Feel free to start block 6.
The whole point of trying to put as many tracks quickly on that whole side is that forestry are going to prune in there. They are obligated to ensure that that any marked tracks are cleared so this saves us a whole heap of work later on. So we need as many as poss. John has a map I made for him to show where we are going.
The riding in there is bloody good.
Looks like Barty, Rupe, my son and I are going out to the Sandpit tommorrow not sure what time yet! Anyone else heading out tomorrow??
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!
'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '
yep ill join ya's
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
The art of being wise is knowing what to overlook.
I know how ya feel dammad after the Cock up I made of the gncc I would have liked to practice on dirt this time. Not sure if my 2 riding mates are going to Ken fells instead?? but it will be quite wet there I think!
Looks like get there 9 or 10am
But look for us anyone that comes: Grey mazda proceed ute 2 x Ktm200's Rupe has a Yellow Gas gas200, Barty has a white yammy 450, telli probably on his Crf250. We will either have Barty's Bug suzuki shelter set up or just my blue cheapo gazebo. Probably be in a group if they will wait for me to catch them up each time!!

Been looking for a mazda proceed ute. Not many in Auckland though.
They're a pretty good all round ute I reckon.
Anyway, SpikedPunch and I may head to the Sandpit too. Not 100% yet though.
You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
And now a third thing a bloody big gun to shoot theives with!
