    The first 8 pieces of gravel were like that but with local anesthetic, the rest I have no idea about cos it was done under general anesthetic. When I woke up it was all better

    Running water and a scrubbing brush, in many cases.
    Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    Ow ow and more ow ... cripes, they did say most accidents happen near home, but thats taking the biscuit!

    I am reminded how often to don my gear even if its just down the road to the dairy or summit like that, some days I think "do I need to wear my back protector for a 5 minute journey?"

    Which promptly gets me to wear it .... thanks for being candid and upfront about it with appropriate gory pics
