I strongly urge dont buy it.

He bought it off me for 3200 (screwed me down 800 because cyclespot told him the shims were rooted), he never got the shims done and wants an extra 1k than what he paid for it.)

its tired and will cost over 5,000 all up to get it sorted.

Yep, my bro paid $3200 for it... he loves VFR's but couldn't really afford any more than that, so he said he'd make an offer that he could afford, not really believing Morcs would agree to it, but thought he was really lucky when he did...

Trademe is very weird. I've sold some used stuff in the past that got into a bidding frenzy (meeting a demand I guess) and sold for more than it could be purchased for new. I give free shipping when this happens, because I'm a good c... as well

I went and looked at this bike, and to tell you the truth it is a piece of shit and in bad condition. Nice guy and all but it would struggle to even get 3K I reckon.
