Unhappy Bike knocked over - Lower Hutt CBD - Friday

Did anyone see who knocked my bike over on Friday? It was parked on the bike park in Lower Hutt outside the old Public Trust building.

It was back upright when I went to get it after work, but it had quite clearly been over. My new mirror dinged and the side stand is bent. They must have had quite a job to get it back upright because I put a big chain through the back wheel to the post behind it and put my cover over it each day.

Oh Chrissie that sux! As a fellow honda rider and someone who has experienced this first hand, I offer my most sincere condolences.

Hope you catch the B@stard and subject them to something equally as painful! Might I suggest a red hot teaspoon, bamboo under the fingernails and a car battery on the nips?

Am I the only one thinking that it might not have been "knocked" over?

I've seen bikes blown over before - maybe you should just be thanking the good samaritan who picked it up for you.

My bike definitely didn't get blown over. Probably a bit of help from a backing car.

Thanks for the offer of help, but it's fine. I have a spare side stand and Jeff will fix it all up.

I just would like to have had a word or two with whoever did it. Probably not very polite words though!
