A year or so ago my wife and me left the house in separate vehicles. At the first intersection I was first in line turning right and my wife first in line turning left. Next thing my wifes car leaps forward 3 feet complete with sound effects. Turning to look I see an old geezer backing his piece of shit toyota outta the boot of my wifes car. Wife drives over to kerb around the corner and gets out unleashing hell at this guy while I pull over and observe the prick trying to say the situation was'nt his fault.....my wife's car rolled back into him. Yes, even on the perfectly flat ground!
I was gonna have a nudge at him when he legged it back to his car...the fucker ran over my foot doin the runner.

Basicly no matter how obvious where and with whom the fault lies, insurance companies drill it into clients NOT to admit any liablity at the scene.
Shoulda moved faster and flattened the asshole though...one of lifes little regrets.

Yeah, but they don't tell their clients to lie and accuse the other party of rolling back. The guy was an arsehole!

When I'm at fault in accident I always just smile as they rant at me and say, "You might say that, but I couldn't possibly comment." At least, that's what I would say, but I've never been at fault in an accident.

    Don't do it Guy.
    It ain't worth it.
I saw some scumbags chucking bottles out of their car the other day and stopped to have a go at them.

    Then I remembered Austin.

I got back in my car and called *555.

Ah yeah this is wise advice. If your safety is in question then it is flick-of-the-wrist time.

Yeah Right - that wont wind them up.

Situations like that - you simply back off and keep away from them. If they are willing to throw a bottle at you they are possibly happy to swerve as you go past as well.

Ahem. Oh THAT Austin. Shit sorry I forgot his name, and only remember him in association with the incident.
    No disrespect intended.
