New fantastically beautiful model for Suzuki

    Yes folks, Its true!!!!

I received the invite for the 2009 Suzuki Boulevard Rally in the post last night - this time to be held in Hamner Springs.

You can imagine my surprise when I opened it and see that they have used me as a model in their advertising (I'm the bloke in the 'fashion parade' photo - and damn I looked fine. (if a little overweight and rough around the edges).

Despite them using my image without paying my normal modeling fee (a 6 pack of Tui), I can really recommend the rally - its very well run, great people and a shit load of fun.

I think its limited to 150 bikes so get your names in quick if you want to go.

Yeah I had heard they were short of photos for their mailout and they were just using anything they could find - no matter how bad it looked. Suzuki have followed up with a letter apologising to anyone who might be put off the rally because of this

Solly and I got our invites last week too. We have already registered and were happy to hear it was being held in the South Island. I thought as long as you had a suzuki your were eligible to go.

Tank, So long as it's a Suzuki, you are eligible. And by the way, V-Strom [Excellent choice]....I had a ride on one from McIvor & Veitch....never ridden that style b4...after 10 mins in the saddle, I felt right at home [already working on Amazon to add it to the collection].
