Question Is Amps open on Sundays?

Anyone know if AMPS is open on a Sunday? Nothing on the website, and I gather it's too early for me to ring and ask anyway.

    Gnah. Disappointed.

Just like everyone else. Thought maybe a big showroom in the middle of the city would have different opening hours.
    Mon-Fri 9-5
    Sat 9-2
    Sun Closed.

When else can I test ride a new bike? I work most of that time. Car dealers are always open weekends.

I know. Sucks eh? I generally just arrange the occasional long weekday lunchbreak if I need to do some test riding.

Heh. Not at all. Still in the shop, figured that upgrading before or during summer is the best time.

If only I had the coin for a fancy Aprilia.....

motorcyclists - mostly sports motorcyclists too. They are out riding and racing like us.

And just don't turn up and expect a ride - book it first. They often let genuine punters take the demo home for the weekend.

No doubt, that's why I was planning on dropping in on them and having a chat.

I take it that it's only AMPS and Holeshot that deal in Triumphs?

Holeshot sold their demo model last week.

The AMPS website lists everything they have on the floor, if you want to check. Just telephone them ahead of time to arrange a ride, you'll waste far less time than if you turn up unannounced. No reason not to try a couple of different bikes while you're there, either.
