something about a 918cc bike on an RC car track just doesn't tickle my fancy.

And I *DID* loosen it for you! Hmph!

Was nice to just stand around and chat and relax to be honest. So sorry I have someone to go home to that makes me decide to go home early on rides :P

zeocen gets annoyed at being called a girl... then utters the phrase by all girls... I loosened it for you

Badger complained that usually when he went to a carpark to practise, he stood around yapping instead of practising his skills... so all he did was yap ... again.

Gremlin had fun like everyone else... typical KB meet really, lots of biker talk done, very little riding done

You do realise that I have taken my Big Ol'Hornet around that track ... along with TOTO?

And the lil'ol'hornet was even easier with ... I think Pippi would be laughing away (and she isn't much bigger than a RC car anyways! )

Oh, I do think he is realising it ... he still like to comment on how well the Big Ol'Hornet goes around corners, how good handling it is (with new and better tyres), how he always is greeted by all sorts of other bike riders in a friendly manner, etc etc ....

All the normal stuff Hornet riders are used to!

These Born Again Hornet riders are very evangelical in outlook!

Don't get me wrong I love my bike to pieces. I'm not doubting it can't do it, but if I had that kind of time to go to Albany from Manurewa to ride in a carpark RC track then I'd rather be riding on the back streets of South Auck

You can also ride the good roads out thataways as too ya know!

I think your Hornet needs to be ridden moar! Heck, if I can ride to Wellington for dinner, then you riding to Albany is like a little trip to the dairy! Yes? No?

We all know that your "trip to the dairy" is by no means short. It usually involves ending up in Wellington or Tauranga... or both

I'd rather go 2 mins down the road to instant fun roads than all the way to Albany for fun roads

Check out the tyre on my work bike! These pictures are all of different parts of the tyre.

I tried to fully lean the bike over around a corner on this tyre, and man the rear end started jumping around like a bucking bronco trying to throw me off! Then they replaced the tyre and I had to ride on a brand new tyre on Thursday... the day we had rain and a slight bit of hail during which time I was riding up Symonds St, it was so much fun but it hurt! I was riding along going "hahahaha, ouch it hurts! hahaha! it hurts!! ow!! hahahaha!!!", I wonder what people would've thought if they heard me!

Anyway, I know this isn't a Hornet, but I didn't want to post a new thread for this, so I posted it here, haha.

New adventure report to come in soon

This thing about the gsr 400 ....ammmmmmmm...5year loan - are you NUTS ???? tell me you are joking

yea, you can always come back to nz you know - there are barely dressed women marching on the streets of auckland, shouting your name, and expecting your royal suzuki return

I'm paying back my debts still and so far I haven't returned it much coz I'm just living off by part time jobs.

Once I get full time job then I would have slightly more money sothat I can pat back debts as well as start planning to buy a bike

GSR400 is great bike man, the most powerful bike in 400class, CB400 i-VTEC power is nothing close to GSR's.

It's ¥829,500. Now NZD=60Y so its about NZD13800. Make it a 5yr loan and I will need to pay $230/mth if there are no deposit. Plus insurance, gas maintenance etc...
Average Jap income nowdays are 200,000/mth so =$3333(Yay for recession! It used to be half a value of that!)

Then I probly need to pay for $400-500/mth.

I think I can manage if I cut down my foods
