I should get my clear visor this time, tinted one is not helpful for the night ride @_@

Ahh glad to see you guys can ride without the mad non-red camo ninja! Hope you get some nice ice cream and delishy-mo din-dins! Sorting stuff out at the home for my dear ol'mum to come back in from the hossie. Open heart surgery and some sleepness nights, etc. Anyway, hope to be out and about when I can on my iron steed!

    Carpe Diem!

I turn up to find Sharry, Gremlin and Spork and Choco all sitting there with no ice cream, So I had to show them the Bullas Balls Superette where we buy the crazy fancy asian ice cream. A minute later Carlos turned up, and we all chatted away while munching on the frozen sugar water Two pumpkins - Choco and Gremlin left before the ride even started, one talking something about spending time with a female of the human kind and the one dribbling something about work in a typical Gremlin tradition. This left Spork, Sharry, Carlos and Moa to swarm around. In a true democracy decision tradition, we took the decision to go west. Inded up at Piha enjoying the gorgeous sunset. Then turned around and went to the Hell of west Auckland where we consumed the yummy pizzas that the boy racer at the counter had on offer. Nice and quiet night, nice to catch up.

    O balls...

totally forgot! might see you nxt week.

I went on the coroloop yesterday thinking that road will be clear since everyone would have gone to BOTS. And i was right! pretty much had the rd all to meself! Left home at 10am and got back at 7 30pm my longest ride so far, absolutely buggerd. On the way back i saw in my mirror a single headlight surrounded by green.. alas! it was TOTO and his green machine.. Tried to stalk him for a bit then he ventured of and weaved about through the traffic. Good day, non SWARM related but thought id share.

Enough rambling, hope you guys had fun!

to pull a pumpkin: When you leave the ride early due to some mystical apointment, a term made famous by Zeocen.
Makes fun of someone leaving by compairing them to cinderella, where at midnight her carrage turns into a pumpkin!

By grabbing its stem and giving it a few good hard "tugs" until it "comes" off (if you know what I mean )

Yes, it is an urban legend that grows from the Charley Brown comics, called Peanuts (The Great Pumpkin)

But to be fair, zeocen leaves well before midnight, so him turning into a pumpkin shouldn't really happen! I also use the other nickname : Pumpkinator "I might be back"

Good ride up to Piha and back! Those ridiculously tight turns just after/before (depending on which way you're going) Titirangi are my fav. Kinda sad I missed the pizza - but I have $17 to my name until Thursday, ha.

In other news - on Friday I'm getting a new rear tyre, so I might have some traction come next Swarm

Following new rubber and an oil change on Friday, would anyone be keen for the Coro loop on Saturday?

It's nice to meet Choco for the first time.
It's a good ride, nice sunset, and relax in hell, talk about bikes...
Sorry for my infamous immobilizer. Is there anyone who can help me to disable or remove it?
