Crikey! Didn't take you long to go back there! So were the kids all wired up with that sugary icey concoction? (And which one got the brain freeze and how did they respond to that? )

It was great, I knew my kids would love it there. What other weird and wonderful food places have you been hiding from us?! Those slushies are pretty big, surprised the 3 yr old could fit a whole one in her tum, all that sugary goodness eh! The 8 yr old got the brain freeze, bit of a shudder and a yelp of pain ( like me the other night ), then proceeded to finish the slushy off like the trooper she is

Weather looks to be a bit random, but all things going well - should hold off for a quick meet and scoot to a suitable dining establishment!

    Same place, same time!

6pm Meet outside Auckland public library for a 6.30pm depart to a locality to be decided upon by consensus!

No rain, wind or thunderstorm can stop the GIJoe. Rie, on the other hand, will be trembling in the library until it really gets too dark to put off riding any longer.

Well just the usually challenged TOTO riding with me tonight, Gale_Wolf stopped in from work to say hello and we jawed about bikes until 6.30pm. Gale_Wolf left us at the SE highway turnoff to go home to his family and we stopped off at Sam Woo's in Otahuhu to throw some nosh down our necks (I had the vietnamese udon soup). We started to ride towards Port Waikato before TOTO realised he was wearing his tinted visor!

Anyhow, we rode over to catch Gremlin and Felix just about to go on a man date, TOTO picked up his new bulbs and we then headed off to Momotea in Meadowlands.

I decided to eat some lamb skewers with my passionfruit nata.

TOTO of course, being uniquely TOTO decided to have all the strawberry drinks on the menu!

Good ride! Good food! Catch you all next time!

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone knows what the differences are between the different years of hornets?

I'm looking at a 2007 hornet 900 and would be interested to know how the model has evolved over the years from 2002. My google-fu has not turned up anything useful.

Very little has changed. Around 06-07 from memory, the suspension adjustment (front end I think) was increased, so the older models don't have as much adjustment.

year 2005 onwards have the adjustable front forks and a rear hugger was added that year too if I'm not mistaken. some internal parts of the headlight rim are different between 2005 and 2007, but thats not something that matters to you.

cant go wrong with a hornet. if you keep up the maintenance, it will last you ages. Mine is 2 years old and on 104 000km. runs better than ever
