    Hey all

A career beckons me from the City of Incredible Wind. As a result of the unfortunate wintry season in Auckland I was unable to see many of you. But I hope to return for a Monday ride one day on my Candy-Cane themed gsxr (or perhaps something equally garish and attention-seeking) and complain loudly about the imperfect terrain and bug splatter messing up the precious suzuki paintwork while the more capable tourers ride ablaze past me.
Maybe I will see you at a track when I make the trek up North for the Hamptoning experience.
Maybe I will see you when you go on another one of your mindless journeys across the country (I have a spare room, so drop in).
Maybe I won't see you until I am decrepit, old and ride Honda.

    Anyway, miss you all.

    Rie

Sorry I didn't make it tonight. I am economising on my aging chain untill it gets replaced. Then I had 3 woopies on the way home tonight and thought I had better not stretch my luck today.

The usual spiel and yadda yadda about doing the usual KB thing of talking more than riding and filling up on icy confectionaries and finding somewhere to eat.

6pm Meet time outside the Auckland Public Library for a 6.30pm departure to some viable food outlet first!

As always a good ride and great food with bad company

We need to recruit some new Hornettos though, there was a serious lack of them this evening!

I shall present to you a pictography of the evening's events (apologies for iPhone quality).

    1. World of hats

    2. Small panorama of One Tree Hill (I forgot to change resolution size so it's small, damnit)

    3. A squidly gixxer

    4. Over indulgence!

    5. Even more over indulgence!

    6. I know he loves his bikes, but this is a stretch...

Hmmm, what happened to the pic of zeocen posing in front of the bikes on top of Mt Eden? Has it mysteriously disappeared?

The usual brain freeze struck zeocen at Hulucat (a new asian milk tea locality) - it was a bit of a mission to find good parking until zeocen mentioned a Wilson's carparking building nearby

TOTO at the end of the night was busy stalking a female biker who rode in , he buzzed around to find her when she popped out of the door on the ground floor where the rest of us were!

A good night everyone! And I think takoyaki seems to be a very predominant dish being consumed on these rides lately!
