Thanks Trace, yeah it's been a while since my gixxer's been out with another one, she's getting a bit lonely! Sorry can't show your friend a ride on the gixxer this week. Maybe another time?

Well, that was a good little ride - my girl was a bit grumpy due to eating too late Will have to find a happy compromise between the eats and riding!

Good to see sensible thinking from steelphoenix and Interceptor ... knowing when to pull the pin is wisdom!

Nah, you should take the opposite approach.

Take her out for a really long ride without stopping for food. Get her used to it.

*prods Wanpo* gijoe's idea is much better.

So I think heading home at that point was indeed sensible. I got home, and fell asleep in front of the heater within half an hour...

    I'm now investigating replacement shocks...

Sounds like i have convinced a couple of other riders to come along next time I come, one is a learner (able to sit her restricted next week I think, very soon anyway) and has very little night riding experience (if any, not sure) so will be good to get her confidence up and follow some good lines! (and the other is a gixer rider andy!! just doing my bit to even out the bias on the rides)

I see zeo and wanpo have taken tigers blood and have WINNING in their veins!

Good to hear that Trace is doing her bit for pro-active riding (even though its really a cover for a 'zuki coup detat! )
