Cant disclose a budget amount as I am waiting for my insurance to come through, If anyone is selling one/Knows of someone seeing one/is considering maybe selling one..

    Let me know please
Yes, saw your other thread on this - they are rare as hen's teeth, being grey imports! I have only seen several for sale in the last four or five years (and they all got bought pretty quickly!) Sharry has one, but she won't be letting go of hers for a long time! (Hornets are funny that way, owners tend to love and look after them!)

It was very amusing to see Gremlin turn his evil eye on you! (I think Gremlinette stayed away knowing he was turning up! )

At least there was no gravel in downhill twisties! I hoped your mate enjoyed himself as well!

lol i would have said he was relatively well behaved last night! didn't even try to touch my bike, and only a few jabs... but only RELATIVELY (compared to the old gremlin!)

yeah no gravel was appreciated! and yeah he had a good time, even said you were a "good bunch" - clearly delusional, or you lot were actually having a good behaviour night!

No, it was filial obligation. Sister suddenly decided that she'd said 1830, not 1930 (despite me looking at the text and it said 1930), and dinner was happening now, thank you very much.

On the other hand, I have this evening free if anyone feels like pootling around with me...

I would, but I don't like you very much.

I mean... My bike's going into the shop on friday for a service, and I'm already over the interval. That and I'll be doing prepping fairings.

You should try bringing a suzuki rider that I don't know... I'll be speaking to one or two people to try and turn him...

You know I don't hate you. You're Amy!

All go in race prep land; Front fork oil has been done, I've given the word for braided front lines/sintered pads to go in, as well as a race chain to be put on. Did some more sanding today after work (while there was still sunlight at least.) Also ordered some levers from Hong Kong. <$50 for both levers, and I got to choose the colours (blue levers, silver adjuster.)

I will have spent so much time off the bike getting things ready, that come time to actually go around the track, I'm going to suck!

    Hey y'all

Quick question - After neglecting my little one over winter... It started with little fuss, but now the oil level light is on. The oil is topped up against the dipstick. Occasionally the light will flicker once riding. Whats going on? Gummed up sensor?

    Cheers
    SS

When was the last time you did an oil change? Possibly could be a sensor thing, if it persists, do an oil change. If it still continues then further investigation is merited (no pools of oil beneath the bike hopefully?)

And it could as simple as a lekky gremlin playing with the wiring, that ain't so simple!

Not so many kms, but a few months. I'll look into that tonight - Could a stodgy oil filter be holding things up?
