Good turn out last night! Daikoku for noodles saw us pick up a lost Viffer who got there before us!

Did the St Heliers GP with the Dingle Dell reserve ride, going off up to Mt Eden. The weather looked like it was going to close in, but kept dry all the way to Momotea in Highbury.

At this point, it all went to custard as usual - since several people had to turn into pumpkins and as we all split off, it turns out that half of us went a different way to the North shore! Only Baffa and I were in one group! Eventually the others all turned up to the right place.

Since it was Halloween, the waitresses were dressed in french maid outfits and watching TOTO and Wanpo do the swivel-head pervy look around!

My girl, Kathy, managed to take some good pictures and will post up when I get around to it! The trip home saw the heavens deluge upon us after we got to Ellerslie, the rain let up when we got past Otahuhu.

Apologies to the poor little cibby that my Cindi brushed past, I think it was just a case of bitchiness!

(I think I was channelling the spirit of Gremlin that evening!

I'll be taking my brother and his wife to the airport tonight, so no swarming for me!

He gets to have a trip and I miss riding! Typical!

Well at least you got a decent outing on Saturday, saw some interesting things on the way... KKK petrol station, a dude who wired the indicators on his trailer the wrong way and a lady on a scooter with a dog sitting between her legs holding its head out the side. Oh and a big Kaori tree

And I think you lot need to learn to read - i did not say i would be in the south island for four months - it clearly says "in the south island for two weeks" and then "each day .. that I ride" did not say i would be riding EVERY day!

Hell no I'm not batting for the other team - the loan bike I got today while my bike gets its serviced is a VTR 250... i got home as fast as I could to be able to hide from the shame!

I very much doubt you'd be complaining if they gave you a blade as a loaner
