Not knocking Hornets at all. Especially not in this company
I've just never ridden a bike that needed that much revving.
The VTR would happilly accellerate from low revs, and wasnt bad for hills, but the hornet probably doubles the revs, which I wasnt used to. After the blade it is a bit of a novelty to rev that much and not be breaking the speed limit.

Double the cylinders, so it makes sense.
