    1,2: Pippi, she bleeds!
3: Is ninja concentrating? or taking a dump?
    4: Yep... it's stuffed...
5: *Forced grins* get that camera outta my face...
6: This little fella came out onto the peg to say hello, then jumped down by the mallet... he soon met his maker on the end of said mallet

Really? I know your 900 has an aftermarket bulb of some sort, but mine is absolutely shite for night time. Worryingly so. Perhaps I was spoilt on the ER6F (it was amazingly great for night riding) but when I flip on my full on the Hornet, it just lights up everywhere AROUND the centre of the road, all in all dip is safer in my current situation.

Frustrating cause winter is coming up and 95% of my riding will be at night once again

I used to have a similar problem on the lil hornet. Try messin with the angle on the unit. A little lower may solve your problem

Just don't point the headlight at the road 1m in front of the bike... aye badger?

If the bulb is H4, get a Philips +50% bulb, they really are fantastic.

It could be angle, but I figured since dip was fine it must be the bulb.
Badger: I'll take you up on that offer, how much? It'll fit my 900 yeah?

The high beam is always up-and-out, i find if i set my low beam at the right angle i never actually need high beam, but if i set it at an angle where high-beam is good, low beam is completely useless. So i set it a little high with a bright bulb, and only ever use high beam to alert cages to my presence

The bulb is an H4, fairly standard. We can pull it apart one day and find out. Am out of town for a couple of days, can do it next week? Shout me a pint and we're all good
