This turning into a swingers club? Tossing the keys into a helmet and then pulling one out at random?

Nonsense, Toto has already decided it. While wanpo rides the VTR, I'll look after his shiny go fast thing.

Make sure you don't get it dirty. Wanpo gets very upset when it's not shiny.

Haha. if I was Wanpo you'd be taking the keys from my cold dead hands.

I'm just interested to see how some of the other 250 Hondas stack up to the CBR

Followed by the squealing of tyres and ending either in Gremlin walking to work for a long time or a rolled, bowled and arseholed Cibby with zero resale value!

My flatmate had a VTR250 as his learner bike and I rode it once or twice, from memory it definitely seemed more peppy than the CBR I rode (Although it may just be through rose-tinted glasses as it was a while back when I rode the VTR, and was on my GT250R at the time)

The salesman agreed with me that for his money he'd go for either the VTR or the hornet.

When he wanted to test a CBR thou from the same shop and the salesman thought he was a drop-kick dead-beat tyre-kicking test-pilot with no money, and guaranteed to wreck the bike

Hey, did Wanpo ever ride his new bike back to the shop that told him to get lost?

Wanpo needs to learn to do whatever the hell it is I do.

I walk in, and they all have cheery grins, let me take out $30k+ bikes etc. Dunno what it is.. but it's cool huh?

Yes but don't think he's pointed it out to said salesman.

Funnily enough, same with me - but I can't help but think when they know you for long enough they end up doing the when you go back with your long list of modifications.

Typical, nothing smacks better as a reply then the evidence of a sale that they didn't get!

Mind you, Wanpo is filthy biker squid scum anyway!

Must be some kind of Jedi mind-trick you're using on them!

Can't say I've ever tried to take out a $30k+ bike. I guess it's past time for me to do so.

When I was younger I got some shifty looks from salespeople... now I'm (just a little bit) older, therefore should be earning more, and thus must have $$$$ that could nicely transfer from me to the bike shop. If only the wife understood that my NEED for more bikes is not just an unnecessary WANT...
