    Talking Hornets Swarm to Raglan

Part of the Auckland hornet swarm - GiJoe, Badger8, and TOTO was feeling a bit bored on saturday so decided to swarm down to Raglan for a pie

Good fun was had by all. Turkeys, lambs, cows, sparrows, deers, roosters had all come out to greet the Hornet Swarm. Was a great day with good friends.

Took a detour trough bridal falls and had a bit of a oooooh , and aaaaaaaah look at it.

Arived in Raglan to find that other "biker scum" has come out for a nice day in the relaxing town

On the way back the hornet master showed some of his beloved secret twisties that until now have been kept secret.

    Great day.

    Some picies...

Ooh yuss, that was a great little swarm that ... plenty of good roads, good company and more good roads! (I know, SH22 good? Y'all know what I mean!)

Just have to wait for Badger to put up the usual comical shots of Bridal Falls, we made the usual tasteless jokes and generally brought down the spectacle of the place with our filthy biker scum presence.

Raglan was good, the pies were good, the skirts were short and the scenery was stunning (mmm pies, boobies ... all good)

Badger left us at the return to Ngaruawahia and kudos to him, he was building up his riding endurance and getting his mojo back with the lil'ol'hornet. They were all buzzing along nicely and there is something specially kewl when your entire ride group are all on lil'ol'hornets!

Anyhows, we did the quick and twisty routes back along Huntly to Mercer and down the backblocks of SH22 to Tuakau and up along the Hunuas to Clevedon. Magic that was! And big ups to TOTO for hanging in with me! I bought him a drink since he never complained once about the meandering routes I take and was ever keen to keep pootling.

    I like that.

    I like that a lot.

1 - You just know the day is going to go well when that is your starting lineup

Cor blimey, bit late for the piccies after all this time! Still better late than never!

I think we should do the gravel road between Raglan and Kawhia next... no takers? I did that with Zeroindex and Xerxesdaphat-now-known-as-Xwhatsit ...

Hmmm mayhap a little Hornet swarm to the Oko pub on a fine weekend will be a goer (I'm sure DMTND will be there in like 15 minutes from the Toe-ranges!)

    Gotta luvvies them lil'ol'hornets!

yeah i had forgotten i had photos on me camera to download y'see

I'd be keen for the gravel, the hornet handles remarkably well on gravel and i am a bit of a nutter on it too, heheh (The gravel, that is...)
