I've been Carefully blasting the main shit off, then hand spraying the bike with cleaner and cleaning with a carwash brush. You got to brush them or the end result just isn't good enough. Then a rinse of with the blaster, deliberately bought a $149 cheapie so the pressure is only enough for cleaning not blowing the seals to bits. Then the chain gets oiled and the bike CRC'd. Only takes about 1/2-3/4 hour per bike or so after a ride.
Filters usually stay in till the prep for the next ride. But they always get rinsed out in Kero then washed in a bucket in washing machine powder and dryed and re oiled.
Also make sure the bikes are cleaned as part of our on the day routine. They never go back into the garage filthy! The kids hate me for it, but it certainly helps to clean them before the crap welds itself on!
Do you pre mix the Dynamo Danger and spray it from a squirt bottle??
What mix do you use 50/50?
And do you blast the main shit off first or dynamo over the lot?
Is the detergent in the Dynamo hard on the plastic colours?
LOL! Tell me your secrets!!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!
'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '
