The 640 is fully doing it for me at the moment, I feel very lucky to be able to afford what is the best bike available, at any price, for what I use it for.
Of course it'd be nice to have a 998R, Hayabusa & KTM 200EXC parked in the shed next to it to fully cover the spectrum, but I'd probably still ride the 640 most often.

    Cheers

My current bike is only a little GN250, so its some way from being my dream bike.

Until I've ridden em all I wont know which is my favorite, but these are a few of the beauties I'm keen to take into consideration for my "dream bike"

Norton 952 Commando cos its a norton even if it does look a bit wanky.
Triumph, pretty much any of them except the thruxton & the sports bikes.
    Motto Guzzi California EV
H-D Wide Glide, or any of the Dyna Glide's at a pinch

In the "classics" department, pretty much any old classic triumph, norton, BSA, or indian to take out for sunday rides, but not to ride on every day.

A man after my own hart.... I've had 3 of them and the 6cyl Vitesse all convertabls, just unbolt the roof, my 1360 had twin carbs and cracked the ton (uses intire width of rd tho) and the 1200 cranked up to 80mph (also used the hole width of rd) as for the Vitesse a Herald with a six in it..... fuk me never tried top end in that thing.
    cheers DD

Not sure about the looks I don't really like the racing schemes. I like the single swing arm though.

I'm looking for replacement fairings, do you think those CBR600 ones would fit, or could I make them fit?

Yup thats the one, I wouldnt pay that much for one - its just the best condition one that I could find, and definatly dont like the colors, The first time I saw one was in the local Honda shop, I fell in love with it - I wanted it so bad - but I was stuck with a 250.

Oh well, IF I can afford a ZX6R/ZX9R then thats what I'd get instead but the VFR has a good bang for buck value.
