    First blat on KTM 200

Yes I have taken it for short blat up in the paddock at the back of where I live.
Yes I am in that silly frame of mind people go into after having a small shot of adrenaline.

However, coming form the KX250 to the KTM 200 I say this, my god the transition into powerband is smooooooooth. The amount of power is just right for me. What I didn't expect is how light it moves around.
Example: As I was trying out different grip techniques with my knees I suddenly found Im steering the bike with just my knees, Ive not experienced something that does that so easily, it will take me sometime to get use to.
In short, Im a happy man.

If you see a man on sunday who appears to be steering with his knees, its only me.

Glad you're enjoying it, I'm still trying to master the gentle art of lying down with it on top of me, so I'm readily recognisable as well.

If you want to compare styles i'm in a blue Isuzu with IDS design on it.....south head tomorrow?

Not much that can keep up with the 200's in the tight, except the 125EXC's.

Twice the displacement, twice the cost and a decibel problem, I'll pass on the inside brraaaap!!!
