if he thinks he is in the wrong he may pay up -if he take it thru his insurance your screwed - no licence means you should not be on the road.

I would be prepared for a shit fight, once he knows what he is going to have to pay - he will go for insurance if he has it.
Most people look at a crash and thing a few hundred bux when it is thousands ............

If he has no insurance your screwed because you wont be able to chase him thru courts

best advice is learn from it and get a licence - it aint that hard.
If you say either "I can" or "I can't" your correct.

What would be funny is, if you got your licence now. The insurance company didn't look at when you got your licence, and compare it to the accident date

    Just a thought

Im one dude who does tests on sunday afternoons,
it takes about an hour or so.
while I appreciate you work on sunday the reason I do tests on a sunday is that any other time, any area big enough to do tests is covered with cars .
There used to be someone doing them on Saturdays but he seems to have disappeared.

A couple of hours off work in this case sould save you a lot of money.
If you say either "I can" or "I can't" your correct.

a dude for saturdays or sundays(based in massey and has own bikes)

    Greg McQuillan

    0274 599 933.

from having talked to him at length, he's good value and I will be getting some advanced lessons off him in the near future(when my account looks a little less sickly)

p.s. riding without insurance on a several thousand dollar bike ain't smart unless you really can't cut a deal with a company. riding without a licence tho really isn't smart. here's hoping you learn from the experience

If the offender wont come to the party and i doubt that he will , you'll probably have to go to the small claims court.

Same kinda thing happened to my mate, he T-boned a car that was diving into a driveway. Cops turned up and everything, the other driver gave a false name and details and has since done a runner.

My mate found out his name and where he was through the shop the dude was turning into. Still no money has been forthcoming tho'.

    All the best m8 ...

If you don't have a licence you're stuffed, no matter who caused the accident. Insurance co's and cops will say that you should not have been on the road, end of story.
However, if the car driver is offering cash to make it go away, grab it and run Add extra to cover your inconvienience.

Sure they can, if they think they can get money out of you. I know someone who had a knock on the door from an insurance private investigator about 2 years after the accident. "can I have $50,000 please..."

How much is the insurance on a Yamonda kawazuki 250 bored out to a 400 with straight pipes and a home made turbo, not to mention decorative "eggs" on the tyres and "no8" wire branded chain?

    LMAO:disapint: :disapint: :disapint: :confused2
