A bike or a trike or what?

Was tootling down Ngauranga Gorge this morning on my daily commute when one of those funny looking three wheeled "bikes" passes me going the other way. Have googled it and I think it was one of those Can-Am Spyders. Just about ran up the back of the car in front staring at it.

Quite an eye catching machine. Don't know whether it's my sort of vehicle but I imagine it's gotta be a damn site harder to tip over than my two wheels! Anybody ridden one? Was wondering what it would be like. Do you need a motorbike licence?

    Just pondering
Why would anyone choose to drive a car!

'The best, most accurate review of the vehicle so far, the Kiwis get it.' - Can-Am

That test is in November Kiwi Rider and review of the new Automatic was dispatched to the ed this morning for the January edition.

Big fan of the vehicles. I reckon they are great fun.

    I detect a problem !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

I reckon they look like awesome fun. Would love to see one in the flesh one day. Maybe even take it for a spin.
