    gsxr 600 vs 750

Whats the difference if any other then the obvious 150cc between the latest gix 600 and 750's. Considing the 750 as my next bike and wondering if the chassis would feel exactly like my mates 600.

In my opinion the 750 felt like it had the maneuverability of a 600 while at the same time the torque of a 1000 so you pretty much have the best of both worlds. 750 able to keep up with the 1000 on the straights. GSXR 750 lovely bikes..
Don't just live to ride but ride to live.

    That is so true.

Ride the 600 and the 750 back to back if you can. Then you can decide if the additional money is worth it.

well honstly the only difference is 150cc
same frame blah blah, so technially same bike.

Havin that extra 150cc normal a good 20-25 extra horse power, along with more torque, its one of the best real world bikes on. And in thory wouldn't turn in as easy as a 600, but easyer than a 1000 (due to centerfual force due to bigger cc, but thats minor).

The only downside is the 750 are a bit over price in the nz market, due to limited numbers get imported, you can often get a 1000cc for another $1k sorta move(new) .

Well, yes, what everyone else has already said. More ponies, more torque. I really like having the extra on call if I want or need it (say, to get out of trouble)

I think the 750 is the one, but it would be good if you could try both yourself. Good luck!

(In my experience,) the 600 is a sharper handling bike, quicker turn in. Engine is more of a screamer. I prefer the 600.

The 750 will provide you with torque, the 600 lacks in this regard.

handling the 750 is one of the sweetest rides I have ever had (and many know Ive had a few)

Personally I wouldnt even look at a 600 unless I was racing it, 750 is a much more versatile machine.........possibly the best sportsbike for NZ roads ever ?
Ive run out of fucks to give

Yeah I'm happy with the hi revving power of my zx6r but want a bit more midrange. Don't want to get a thou because I'd just get fucked off if I couldn't at least ride it close to its limits. So the only ones that come to mind are the gix 750 and the daytona.

    Get the 1000cc

    After having a GSXR750K7 and a GSXR1000K7...

You have to buy the 1000cc....The 750cc just dosnt cut it when it counts..

Believe me you will have buyers remose if you buy a 750cc.

    Crazy Steve....

Oh and a message for Mr Furit....If I had Of turn up to that Karting day I would of owned all of you AGAIN ! ! !

the 675 is better than the 750 and the 600, IMHO.

There is a slight difference in the frame between the K6 onwards 600/750. The rake is .3 of a degree more on the 750. The 750 is very nimble, and the 600 feels just that bit more nimble again.
I've owned four GSX-R1000s (K1, K3, K4, K6), and can quite honestly say that my K6 GSX-R750 is the best bike I've ever owned. Sure, you have to use the gearbox a bit more than you would on a 1000, but it's no chore.
I would suggest taking a sem fiddy for a test ride, you'll love it
