Suzuki GSX600F (maybe 750) rider in Wellington

Riding into the city on SH1 at about 8.20am, Black bike, blue fieldsheer jacket, hurricanes (or some black and yellow) scarf flapping in the wind...

    2 tips mate...

    1. Tuck your scarf in your jacket. The way it was flapping, could easily have gotten caught on bit of car while lane-splitting.

    2. If there's a bike splitting quicker than you are, (i.e., they've caught up with you from behind), then move into the lane and let them pass instead of trying to speed up and keep ahead. It's not a race, you're just pissing other riders off and pushing beyond your comfort level.
