    30,000km in 14 months

Yep. The 14 ticked over 30,000kms last night as I headed north once again. What really really pissed me off was, I was determined to watch it tick over to 30,000, but when I next looked down (cause I was being sensible watching where I was going at warp speed of 100km hr at the time) it was reading 30,002km. Talk about wanting to rewind and do it again. I felt ripped off to say the least. Guess I have to wait for the big 50,000km to capture the moment again. Oh well, that means we have to keep the beast for another year.

Perfection is not something you should ever attain, but something to always strive for. For if we actually achieve our idea of perfection, is it then any longer perfect?

That's what I love to read! People getting out and about on their rides and using them for ... riding! Bugs, stone chips, road-work splashes, jousting with cagers and reading the lie of the road ...

Bugger, I've only done 25,000 on the Connie in about the same time. About 2k on the VTR since I've had her too.

Best get out there a bit more then...

My mum told me to beware of girls like that.......

Good for you - I turned over 8,000 last weekend. Owned for the same amount of time. YOU WIN.

One question - whats wrong with 40,000kms - is 50k the new 40?
