Insurance is 600 and my dad cud get the bike touched up for free but she doesnt know that.
I might send her a bill for the following:
New break AND clutch leavers
New Grips
New exhaust
Paint and Labour

I rekn it might come to around

400ish

And then see the look on her face.

The main thing that pissed me off was i didnt get an appology.

basically what you want in the end is for your bike to be all fixed again = her to pay for the repairs, I think you should talk to her about it and say that theres quite a bit of damage and it was basically caused by her (without trying to offend her for best chances of success)

As she doesnt seem to be the most switched on person or if shes a dick or shes just being young (as we all were once) she may not want anything to do with the repair at which point i would suggest maybe you and your dad go round to her place and talk to her and her parents just explain the situation and see if you can resolve it that way

if still no luck id check out the price of the repairs etc maybe chase up insurance if viable or maybe the possibility of taking it to a small claims court? (if there is one for things like this - im no expert heh)

anyways let us know how it goes and yup good work on not loosing your cool cuz that doesnt really get anywhere in situations like this

Make the little shit pay for it, with no apology I would'nt even hesitate, hell, hire a bike while it's being fixed and have her pay for that too..make her pay for the whole lot, by the sounds of it she's probably a daddys girl who has never had to pay for anything in her life and has no idea how many problems shes caused.
