    When I did the rebuild a few years ago the only thing I didn't do was the valves so they were on the cards and then I did the old 'while your in there' 😂 and went a 630 slug, hot cam stage 1 so new rockers and chain for the cam, whole top end.
    Should be a mint motor after this lot with a bit more oomp

    That gasket set is a stock one I originally ordered which is 3mm to small now

    A race kitted XR600 was one of my first experiences in big bore dirt biking, thing was epic. Good shit man

    mine had been totally rebuilt, engine and running gear when i brought it and has done only 5000k since...

    not that i'm gonna list it on trade me for 10k, i'm keeping it
