    I'm with you dino.
Bargain hunting is the new skill set required by many.
Those with alot of disposalble cash could see it quickly dissapear over the next year or two. Mind you, if they ride old two strokes, then they are pretty desperate already

1000km on tyres that'll do 5-10,000km isn't exactly "worn out".

I bet there's still a couple of bikes between that seller and Padmei!
    Cheers,
    Colin

Not desperate, thinking of a change thus neg at or over this price
he is asking 5k so how do you negotiate over that?

Yip, picked them up last night, looking at them I would estimate that they have done only about 500km's on tarmac...nil dirt in tread so a tyre set for $51..bargain
Struan (KBer) wasn't too happy as I outbid him, but have offered him a near new rear for his freewind as a peace offering that I had left over from my Dakar days.

Word on the street is that he is so pissed off he is organising a knife fight for you and him down a dark alley somewhere, best of luck with that mate, you may need it, 4 other KBers have pissed him off in the past, oddly enough no one has seen or heard of them in a long long time

Time is money ! You too busy wasting it whinging about the economy.
Make some more money its that simple - simple.

650HP per ton could have something to do with it, why would anyone bother owning a 95 piece of british junk ? Registration worth more than your boat anchor

    Thumbs up

Fook I love my 650R. At the start of the year it did the DB1K, a few weeks ago i rode it to a rally, a couple of weeks ago i did motorcycling canty enduro meeting at Ruapuna and was the first motard home and in the top ten in the mixed motard, clubbies, calassic class. During the week i scored a cheap set of knobblies off torpedo 7 and spent today out he river with my kids. Its does nothing well but with the option of the 17's there is nothing it wont do!!!!!

Its harder to lose weight than gain horsepower.
