A JT Sprockets JTF437 (DR Big) is available in 14-15-16 but is narrower on the spline.
Could be spaced to the XR's 13mm.

I'm running one of the 16's on the DR650.

EDIT: Aaaannnnddd I was wrong. The XR one may fit the DR but the DR one won't fit the XR...

I got a vapor digital dash and im guessing it fairly accurate and I had 167 indicating so (and it will fit without the casesaver) i'm in hope of not really gaining top speed but to drop my rpm down and not have to roll off the throttle 2/3 down the straight. it will defently pull the higher gearing, be happy with 170 on a stock BRP. It will be nice to not see the red flashing LED "over rev" nutting off at me.

I looked on the JT sprocket site today and found a 650 dominator one 16 tooth but for a 525 chain so im going to see if they are avaliable and machine it to 520 width.

Yesterday I ordered a 13 front which will allow me to pull wheelies at will at Greymouth and make the offroad section a bit more bareable.

For those that are interested in running a 16tooth front, they do fit.......just, no way of running the case saver!!!! But the XL600V has the same spline and offset mounting bolt system but it is a 525 (pt no. JTF296-16) so i'm skimming 1.5 mm off the sprocket to make it a 520, i'll post photos and report on how it goes at the end of next month we it goes back to Ruapuna full track.

The JT sprocket website is great for there drawings and worth a look if you are trying to find a curlie.

As a side note Budjet Motorcycle spares found me a 13 tooth front which JT, Honda and most others dont list.....so ive managed to now obtain 13 to 16 for anything that pops up!

wrong model bro diferent spline, already removed case saver for the 15, a 16 (if possible)would prolly be rubbing the stator wiring

According to the JT website the Honda spline is the same as the KLR650 - there are 16 (and 17!) T front sprockets available from various sources (but not JT) for KLRs
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.
