Hmm, I finish work 4:30. Do you have ANY idea what time you're getting here? These drinks, are they the one beer, chat and then leave kind of drinks, or the keep 'em coming, screw work tomorrow (I'll call in sick before I go to bed) kind of drinks? If we're only meeting at 8pm, thats a long time to wait in Welly, if you live in the Hutt

I should bloody hope I will be in Wellington before 4.30. I will leave really early cos I doubt that I will be getting much sleep - especially since Jimmy emailed me a pic of my new baby. I'm sure someone can find you a corner to wait in. I'll send regular texts to WT or SS on my progress and they can update this thread if they so wish.

Please ride safely down to Wellington and have lots of rests...
Mind you the tank on the Rebel will only do so many kms...

And enjoy your trip back up on your new baby.
Have fun finding out what she can do, but carefully.

Ok Sue set off at 4.25am.... its now 10am....

Has anyone heard from her yet, as to her whereabouts in the north island she is? Come on, she was gonna txt people.... just so that we know that she is ok travelling all that way.

She has been on the road 5 1/2 hours so far.... where is she likely to be about now on her Honda Rebel 250 ????
