Conditions of class 6L/R licence... loophole?

No it is not a loophole at all, legislation states if you hold a 6L or 6R etc you must obey the conditions of those classes.
If you get caught breaching the conditions of a licence then its a $400 fine and 25 demerits for each breach, so riding out of hours and on a bigger bike would be $800 and 50 demerits.
So no will not stand up in court, sorry to burst your bubble.

my thaught's exactly i aint the greatst example but you gota do ya time on the 250 m8 get those skills up you'l need em come time to ride a big bike

Yes, but even printing the condition itself on the back of the licence is a bit moot. I have that condition on mine, but I wear contacts nearly always when driving. I have been asked by police when stopped if I'm wearing contacts, to which I reply "Yes", but the only way to prove it for sure is to take 'em out and show 'em I guess if they suspected something, they'd be within their rights to ask you to do that *shrugs*

Agreed but at least it lets the officer know that this persons eyes are a bit on the dodgy side. At the very least you have made him wait while you take one out and show him/her!

Or you could just get some coloured contacts aswell "Yes officer, i always have fire in my eyes when i drive!"

and you would need a minumin of class 2 to hold a P btw
blody expencive P(bus) alone is around $540 for 5 years p(taxi) is around the same and cost more when i dont use them all any more it's not nice when i get the letter to renew my lience's oh and ass a 10 year life time fire arms one to that list as well

lets just say i left b4 the course was run did fly thru the pre exams though
one of the tests being to complete all of the scratchie exams (class 1 thru 6)without one wrong answer that was tough

i even got 2 wrong on my 6L "shock horror"! let alone all the other classes with their weight limits and stuff. My hat is off to you sir
