    WTF not again!

I was waiting at a crossing on Queen St at 1830 to which I saw a lovely cruiser (looked like a Harley of sky metallic blue) ride past and pull up just after the lights....

Thats all good till I saw the pillion.....nothing but a summer light dress and a helmet. Now I REALLY wanted to walk up to her and slap her with my hand bag. Stupid #$%# it only takes a second to loose flesh on the road. She wasn't even hot!

So, you would be fine with it if I walked up and smacked ya on the chin for doing something/anything in a way I (I being no one special) disapproved?

Why would you even want to...

Who is she going to hurt if she comes off?...... not you ! I understand people getting angry or upset if people deliberately put others in harms way but, honestly her choice of clothing is her decision. You can morally object if you like but, if you did walk up and slap her then the rider has every right to get off his bike and knock you out. Who made you safety president of the world?

Can you slap me please. I ride in jeans, tshirt, vest and skull cap helmet during summer unless going for rides over 40mins long or rides with long stretches of 100K roads.

They are free to do as they please as she was wearing the required safety equipment - the helmet.

She'll learn her lesson if she ever comes off, and will hopefully still be there to remind everyone she knows to where proper gear.

I guess the rider should know better though.

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Today i was hot, but no one looked up my skirt !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

Same here, I know the risk, I live life too, and don't wrap myself in cotton wool, I gear up for big rides but up to the shops etc I wear whatever, and just take it easy....I guess it's because I was one of those outside kids.meh.....

Yep, her choice, her consequences, hell she may have just been getting a ride up the road for all we know, geez some on here would have had her in pants, jacket, boots, flouro vest for a 5 min ride up the road.......all to take it off, and get dressed again!

Who knows what the story was behind it, and yes the rider was geared up.
