    Cheers KBers

    Gidday guys n gals,

Before I disappear out of cellphone and PC range for a couple of days, I wanted to drop a line to say a huge thank you to all of you out there for what has been a very exciting year.

In September, I decided to retire my trusty 50cc and move up to a 250cc. Being into my 40’s did raise an eyebrow or two among the family but my attitude was to be a Nike and ‘just do it’.

BHS test done, VL250 bought and I’ve been hooked, lined and sinkered ever since. I’m loving every minute of the whole biking thing and when I’m not riding I’m flicking around this site.

And that’s where the big fatt thanks come in. You fellas have been great with all the advice passed onto an old git who loved a pie or six, especially the words on bike gear, riding, safety, routes etc as well as the humour and laffs.

Yes, I have had my fair share of stories to tell. The week where I met a hat crappy chinaman, got attacked by a wasp and then had a snog fight was all as a result of being on a bike. My favourite was the Audi up the back of the ute, I’ll never forget that one.

The thing is, none of this fun would have happened if I had not been encouraged by you guys to get out there and ride and before the year is out I want to thank you.

So, there it is my lovelies. Please please please take care on the roads and elsewhere. I look forward to more fun and riding in 2009.

Have a great and safe new years, look after yourselves

    Fatt Max – 29 December 2008

PS. That picture of the fat guy in the Santa hat is NOT me. It’s rather worrying what you can find when you hit ‘Fat Santa’ on Google images...

Well my dear favourite frog n'thistle warbler! As I live and breath, it is good to hear that you are ingesting the quintessential elements of bikerdom. The turmoil and pizazz you broke upon the forums here was rather like the piquant flavour of two stroker smokers!

Loud, irritating, attention grabbing and the feeling "damn, I do like that"

Long may your breeks reek and your seed be fertile in the belly of many women, so remember, fill your boots and make sure never the twain shall meet!

So I shall scurry off in pursuant of some scrumptious lunch time crumpet on a wet assignation of riding! Ooer!

Keep us regaled with your charming homilies of humour, which remind me of the Canterbury Tales!
