Try US gals giving 18.5l when new but expanding to about 20l with a bit of use in hot weather and a full fuel load. The tanks don't pressureise just the weight of the fuel in warm weather makes them expand. If you want to put hot water in them and apply some pressure with a bike pump you can probably get 22l in it.
iIf your looking at the auction on tardeme here that is definatly an IMS tank that he would most likely have brought from Just Gas Tanks in the states. The IMS tanks seem to be pretty robust and stood up well for the 8k kms I had one till I sold the bike. Buy now is pretty good given current exchange rates.
Only thing you might want to get is a new O ring for the fuel tap as they one that IMS ships them with is a little thin. Cost you all of $1.
