I've got the new plate and rego sticker. I rang the AA and they said to call into a branch so I did, and got one for $8.80. Rego sticker was free. I've got nowhere to mount it right now so I'll just carry it around with me...
The guy at the AA said cos I'd been a member so long I was eligible for a free insurance quote so I said sure, why not, try beat over a grand on full cover a sportsbike ridden by a low experience male under 25. Not sure he's gonna be able to help there but it's worth a shot
