    Obligatory passed my restricted test

Yep, hello 6R no more L plates for me!

Did it around Mt Vic/Hataitai on a sunny Wellington day. No dramas, just a couple of niggly habits I have grow out of.

The 'interesting' turning radius of the CB250 handled the ueys surprisingly well, I guess when the hammer's down you just have to go for it

I'm now toasting myself with the traditional post-license pizza + beer.
"I took the GPZ out for a ride,
the engine felt so good between my thighs.
Yeah it was cool, 40 degrees outside..."

Congratulations When I did my restricted test I thought I would be extra cautious and stopped at every "give way" sign. Big no no....
After the test he said everything was sweet apart from me stopping at the give way signs. He said that if I had been driving a car he would have failed me for impedeing the flow of traffic !

hey well done, dunno if I'd've enjoyed riding for an audience around Mt Vic, all awkward corners with cars parked on them, on a hill. nice one anyway

I know what you mean, it's a 'challenging' environment I guess, which is why they make you do it there.

On the other hand, I've done all my driving tests there and know nothing about the Kilbirnie test routes.
