I dunno for sure, but if they're anything like the Roadsafe course in Wellington they'll go ahead and run the BHS in the rain.

Also their website says "We recommend you wear suitable clothing for weather conditions, heavy shoes or boots."

I guess you could try giving them a call tomorrow morning? Or just show up and see? Unless someone here knows for sure.

Hope you get to do the course anyway, I'd never ridden a bike before I did mine so I found it really full-on (and I was exhausted afterwards from all the concentrating) but it was great.

I did mine in the rain, it was fair pelting down too... I turned up expecting to be the only one there in an empty carpark but no... me and 14 others were put through our paces and gained our certificates, we were all wet, cold and miserable but it was a good experience.

I guess if they canceled every course that it rained on, they would lose a LOT of revenue!

I would be very surprised if your BHS test is cancelled if it is raining.

    Shouldn't be cancelled.

I did mine in heavy rain. Just don't lock the wheels for the braking test as you will get told off

    Good Luck!

I passed!!! Yay :P It was fun and easy I have a tendancy to do left hand corners better then my right... and this does not supprise me as I have the same problem on the minibike on the track and takes some mind trickery to resolve it on the day.

    It was also dry!!!

that's good, just the scratch'n'sniff to do then.

oh, and the eye test. Don't forget to take your glasses etc if you need them otherwise you'll end up having to wait an extra day before you can legally try out your wheels.

Not blinking / looking in the wrong direction / looking like a mutant when getting my photo taken always turns out to be a test as well.
